Almond & Avocado Muffins GF WF SF

Method: Preheat oven to 300 C. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine free range organic eggs, avocado slices, coconut oil, and almond milk. Pour this mixture into a blender and mix for about 30 second. Now combine both mixtures using an electric mixer. Pour into muffin moulds and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool before eating.
Ingredients: As much Organic as possible.
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 medium avocado sliced
- 2 free range organic eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
